Request Account Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your Servicefry account and associated personal data (profile, saved addresses, booking history) at any time.
How to Request
Send a WhatsApp message to our support number with the text "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" along with your registered mobile number. Our team will verify your identity via OTP before proceeding.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your data has been permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email)
- Saved addresses
- Booking and payment history
Note: Some transaction records may be retained as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.
