1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service through Servicefry's website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Bookings

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or selection of "Pay After Visit". Servicefry reserves the right to reassign technicians or reschedule visits based on availability.

3. Pricing

Visit fees and repair charges are communicated before the technician visit. Any additional parts replacement costs will be shared and approved by the customer before proceeding.

4. Technician Conduct

Our technicians are verified, but customers are encouraged to report any service issues directly through the app's Help & Support section.

5. Limitation of Liability

Servicefry is not liable for pre-existing damage to appliances or issues arising from unrelated hardware failures discovered during service.
