Cancelling a Booking
You may cancel a booking anytime before a technician has been assigned, free of charge, by contacting our WhatsApp support.
After Technician Assignment
If a technician has already been assigned or is on the way, a nominal visit charge may apply depending on how close the technician is to your location.
Refunds for Prepaid Bookings
If you paid online via "Pay Visit Fee Now" and cancel before technician assignment, your visit fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
No-Show Policy
If a technician arrives at the scheduled time and the customer is unavailable, the visit fee will not be refunded.
